PĀRIVARTANAM encompasses our efforts for skill development and upskilling under privileged women; offering informal and knowledge-led education workshops to the less privileged children; fostering purposeful social welfare for the disadvantaged; and shaping progressive and transformative public policy inputs for equitable and inclusive development.
Our "aātmanirbharam" program encompasses imparting vocational skills and training (hand knitting, sewing, embroidering) to underprivileged women in cities to enable a long term and lasting financial inclusion and self reliance for them. Once skilled, for the women who desire to unlock the potential of their skills through micro-entrepreneurship in individual capacity or as self help group, this program also offers guidance and mentoring on levers of success including pricing philosophies and frameworks, online and offline marketing, distribution, procurement, inventory management, financial planning and management, et al.
Our "vidyanam" education workshops focus on imparting to the less privileged children through a fun learning and experiential approach, life skills including financial literacy and awareness on current affairs and global economic & geo-political developments to supplement their formal literacy endeavours and enable meaningful social inclusion.
Our "pārinamanam" program is designed to provide policy makers access to calibrated and strategic public policy inputs and insights to foster an equitable and inclusive growth agenda.
Our "utsāvam" program is a multi dimensional social welfare program that amongst a wide ranging set of efforts includes improving the general wellness and hygiene awareness and resource access for the less privileged strata of society; supporting senior citizens and women from the less privileged sections towards awareness and access to government led social welfare schemes, and celebration of a grander purpose served by preloved usable linen, clothes, toys, et al gifted to the disadvantaged and those in need.
